Yellow
The value is less than the average change of the prior most recent three days change, but greater then a 'green' criterion
Light Green
Value change is less than 1% of recently reported cases (prior three days)
Bold Green
Value change is less than 0.5% of recently reported cases (prior three days)
Blue
Occasionally there is a data adjustment reducing counts
General observation, in all countries with small number of cases where there is no back to back daily change the assessment trend to green after three days of no change per the generic algorithmic assessment
