The focus of this site is not to provide information on what to do about the virus.   For information about the virus as information is changing rapidly please refer to the World Health Organization (W.H.O),the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or your local health authority.  

There are also many create sources of information, the information presented here is based on the reported data per country/territory/state, but presented with an alternative viewpoint with the intention to help broaden the comprehension of the virus progression, and to understand when we have met 'steady state'.

Observational statement:

Through May 9th 2020 since April 15th, global case count has increased 500k every six to seven days

Some of this will be due to increased testing but there remains a significant rate of new infection.
